To these awards opt all those firms that exhibit some of their novelties in the showcases of the exhibition of the New Products and that have begun their commercialization in the last year.

Innovation Award: Recognizes the investment in R & D & I of the companies and is awarded to the unique product that, in addition to being innovative, represents, with its launch in the market, an advance for the sector and for consumers.

Presentation Award: It is based on the coherence of two basic concepts, the aesthetic factor, which contemplates the presentation of the product and the informative factor from the point of view of the consumer. It seeks to reward the balance between the beauty of the container and the information that faithfully reviews its nutritional values.

Versatility Prize: The product is awarded for its uniqueness, is able to enrich the gastronomic heritage due to its multiple applications.Undoubtedly, after 24 consecutive editions, the New Products Exhibition continues to monopolize all eyes and is consolidated as the more media space of the Gourmets Hall, as it will mark the national and international culinary trends of 2018-2019.

Among the 1,300 novelties that have been found in the showcases of the 25 Exhibition of New Products, these have been the winners:

Innovation Award: the new format of EVOO Coupage special for Valdezarza Oil Octopus has won this award, for its risky initiative to market an oil designed exclusively to cook this product.
Presentation Award: Belenguer pastry has triumphed with its Art Series, an assortment of hand-painted chocolates without gluten.
Versatility Award: it has fallen to the white artichoke of Tudela of the firm Vehortu.
